Born in 1937, Dr. Saadé is a trilingual lawyer who was elected President of the National Union of Students in Lebanon (UNEL), where he was engaged in several national and international activities, what led him to present himself as a candidate for the Baabda district in the parliamentary elections in 1972 where he got 5000 votes.
