Hala is an Associate Lawyer and a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2022, with a strong academic foundation and diverse legal experience.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from the Lebanese University, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Political Science from Saint Joseph University.

Her interest in international legal systems led her to The Hague Academy of International Law (Netherlands), where she completed specialized training in Public International Law, enhancing her understanding of global governance and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Prior to joining Obeid & Medawar Law Firm, Hala began her legal career at Chamseddine & Associates Law Firm.
She developed a multifaceted legal practice, gaining significant experience in litigation, contract negotiation, and legal advisory work. Her practice spans civil, commercial, and administrative law, providing legal solutions across a wide range of sectors. Hala has advised individuals, corporations, and governmental entities, offering strategic counsel tailored to each client’s needs.

Beyond her work in private practice, Hala serves as a pro bono litigator before the Lebanese Juvenile Courts, representing juveniles in legal proceedings. Her work in this area is supported by specialized training in juvenile justice, strengthening her ability to advocate for fair and rehabilitative legal outcomes for vulnerable individuals.

Dedicated to continuous learning, she has also completed training in arbitration, mediation, human rights law, and contract drafting, equipping her with a versatile skill set to navigate complex legal matters.
