Team Members

Laetitia Abou Khalil is a passionate and driven law graduate from Beirut, Lebanon. She earned her LLB in Business Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Université Saint Joseph in July 2024. She is currently continuing her academic journey by pursuing an LLM in Business Law at the same university.

Laetitia has gained valuable professional experience through several internships. In October 2023, she interned at The FrameCode Production, where she reviewed legal documents, including contracts and confidentiality agreements with advertising agencies. Prior to that, in June 2018, she served as a legal intern at Byblos Bank SAL, where she analyzed contracts and participated in team meetings.

These experiences allowed her to deepen her understanding of contract law and strengthen her teamwork and collaboration skills.

Laetitia is multilingual, fluent in Arabic, French, and English, enabling her to communicate effectively in diverse environments. She is also recognized for her strong legal reasoning, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.

She joined Obeid & Medawar Law Firm LLP in 2025 as a Junior Associate.
