Zain Alhaji is a Junior Associate at Obeid & Medawar Law Firm LLP, where she advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters across the Middle East. Her work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, with a growing focus on UAE free zone structures, particularly within the ADGM and DIFC.

Zain holds an LLB in Law with Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool (2022) and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) alongside a Master of Laws (LLM) at Liverpool John Moores University in 2024.

Before joining Obeid & Medawar, she gained experience at a Liverpool-based law firm specializing in insurance law.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, Zain advises clients across multiple jurisdictions in both languages.
